The Batman Trailer, The Flash Teaser, Black Adam News and MORE at DC FanDome 2021

After DC’s highly successful event from last year, DC FanDome is returning once again to break the internet with brand new trailers, announcements and exciting reveals all coming from DC comics.

Streaming on October 16th of this year, DC FanDome will be available to watch on their very own website www.dcfandome.com or via Youtube, Twitch, Facebook and Twitter where it will be teasing six of its upcoming DC films: The Batman, The Flash, Black Adam and DC League of Super pets whilst also showing behind-the-scenes looks at Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom and Shazam! Fury of the Gods.

Many fans have been crying out for more news on all these upcoming movies and where better to do it than DC FanDome? We all know from last year how big this event really is, so we are all in for a big show in October. Viewers from the last event will be familiar with how FanDome works but if you’re new to the whole event, don’t worry we’ve got you covered!

DC FanDome gives us fans a look at everything being released or in the works in the coming years and when we say everything, we mean EVERYTHING. As stated, they will be previewing their upcoming movies giving us first looks, new trailers and behind-the-scenes clips. But we also get to see tv/streaming series news, comics news, and gaming news too!

DC will be showing us previews of upcoming seasons for the CW’s Batwoman, Superman & Lois, Stargirl and The Flash whilst also paying tribute to the Supergirl series that is coming to an end. The CW isn’t the only tv that DC puts out however, as there has been numerous projects in the works at Warner Bros.’ own streaming service HBO Max. This includes The Suicide Squad spin-off series Peacemaker from filmmaker James Gunn and starring John Cena in the lead role. This was confirmed to have its own panel when they revealed a brand-new poster for the forthcoming series premiering in January 2022.

However, this may not be the only HBO Max news we receive on Oct 16th, as a number of other HBO projects are currently in the works too such as; Batgirl, starring Leslie Grace as Barbara Gordon/Batgirl and J.K Simmons reprising his role as Commissioner Gordon; Blue Beetle, starring Xolo Mariduena as Jaimie Reyes; The Green Lantern Corps series, with popular Green Lantern characters Guy Gardener, Sinestro, Alan Scott, Jessica Cruz and more all set to feature; and the Black Canary series recently announced staring Jurnee Smollett reprising her role as Black Canary/Dinah Lance for the show.

The only panel confirmed to feature so far is for Peacemaker, however the official poster for FanDome seems to hint otherwise, could we be seeing more from HBO Max projects? We will have to wait and see…

Warner Bros. Animation will also be present during the event, showcasing Aquaman: King of Atlantis, season 3 of the adult animated series Harley Quinn and the brand-new show Batman: Caped Crusader. Other animated titles coming to DC FanDome include Injustice, featuring Superman, Batman and the rest of the Justice League as well as the new heist movie Catwoman: Hunted.

The gaming portion of the event will feature new looks at the insanely hyped games Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League and Gotham Knights where we could be potentially getting more trailers, new gameplay and even character reveals. Both titles debuted at last year’s DC FanDome but fans have been starved of more information ever since so we are sure to see lots of big news coming from both games.

And for the publishing side of things, fans can expect to get a taste of three new Wonder Woman comics as well new details about the popular Batman/Fortnite crossover comic as well. Although the publishing side is unfortunately not as big as the movies and tv, we could potentially get intriguing news about more comic book titles and events coming from DC which is extremely exciting in itself.

DC FanDome 2021 is stacked for content, and we really can’t wait for it! What are you looking forward to seeing most from this years FanDome? Let us know in the comments below.
